Role at a Glance

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to primarily support our Chief Technology Officer while also providing support to members of the Engineering leadership team. This onsite Pittsburgh role is an opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders driving critical areas of a fast-growing robotics and technology company.

You’ll create leverage for the leaders you support by managing complex calendars and travel, anticipating needs, protecting time for the highest-priority work, and ensuring decisions and commitments turn into action. You’ll also partner on key organizational priorities, providing project management, prioritization, and communication support to help the Engineering leadership
