ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Mechanical Designer, HVAC to join our team supporting the DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex! This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Experience in HVAC Design and 3D Modeling.

• Knowledge of related engineering systems, applications of engineering and construction methods and materials, and engineering application of computers.

• Plan, self-perform tasks, and multi-task on multiple projects.

• Present information clearly and effectively through the oral and written word and utilize automated workflow systems.

• Coordinate verification and validation of documents with technical and operations personnel prior to release for approval and implementation.

• Develop and maintain historical information.

• Prepare, interpret, maintain, and incorporate requirements of technical drawings and operating documents.
