The Role

You will build the talent function alongside our Head of Talent and own the full recruiting cycle end to end, from sourcing strategy through close. You'll design, implement, and run the processes and programs the rest of the talent team works from: interview processes, targeted recruiting campaigns, relationships with industry leaders, and long-term talent pools.

You'll partner directly with our research and engineering leaders to identify, engage, and win the people who will define what we build next: frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers working on frontier problems in world models and embodied intelligence. You'll go deep with hiring managers on hiring needs, team matching, and required qualifications, own a stellar candidate experience throughout, and play a significant role
