Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer projects on the GRID platform and act as the primary point of contact between General Robotics and our customers. You'll work hands-on with our engineers to scope solutions, assess technical feasibility, and make tradeoff decisions, while keeping customers informed with clear and timely updates. Managing multiple Physical AI projects concurrently, you'll stay close to every project's technical progress, speak credibly to customers about how GRID solves their problems, and bring field insights back into how GRID evolves. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, from kickoff through deployment and handover, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Work with engineering to break customer requirements into technical scope, work plans, and milestones.

• Assess technical feasibility and risks of customer requests against GRID's current capabilities.
