Senior Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal will partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Deputy General Counsel and colleagues across the department and business. This role is designed for an experienced paralegal who can contribute immediately with limited day-to-day direction. The Senior Paralegal will review routine agreements within established playbooks, prepare corporate documents, and maintain reliable systems for tracking requests, deadlines, and follow-up items.

What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Senior Paralegal:

• Own the intake, review, and negotiation of nondisclosure agreements using approved templates, playbooks, and escalation protocols.

• Review and support the negotiation, execution, and administration of commercial agreements, including software and other licensing agreements, consulting agreements, engagement letters, and related contracts.

• Apply sound judgment to distinguish matters that can be handled within established guidelines from nonstandard legal or business issues that require attorney review; identify and escalate those issues early and clearly.
