JOB DUTIES: Serve as primary finance point of contact for investor-related modeling, analysis, and diligence inquiries. Support fundraising activities, including planning and execution of fundraising roadshows, investor meetings, and marketing events. Support onboarding of new investors in coordination with internal teams and external partners. Support development and maintenance of performance metrics, KPIs, and management reporting for senior leadership and Board review. Coordinate with underwriting and asset management teams to deliver monthly actual vs. budget reporting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses to Investors. Develop, maintain, and oversee complex corporate, fund, and asset-level financial models used for strategic planning, valuation, forecasting, and investor reporting.
