Key Responsibilities
Protein Expression
- Responsible for the resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
- Responsible for data analysis and processing of cell culture experiments, and complete the preparation of experimental records and reports
- Operate bioreactors, centrifuges and prepare buffers and reagents
- Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarising and solidifying work experience
