• 20% commission on services you sell and complete
• 8–12% commission on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount)
• 5% commission on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades)
• Up to $50 per membership signup
• 1–5% commission on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical)

Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
