Your job

You will lead our engineering organisation: a team of leads and developers (15+) building the software that keeps our business running. You will report to the CTO and be responsible for people, delivery, and engineering culture. Getting shit done is in your DNA. You communicate the vision, bring people along with you, and are not afraid to go against the grain when something doesn’t feel right—even when everyone else is heading in a different direction.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach, and support a team of leads and developers (15+), and develop leadership capabilities within the team.
• Manage engineering, DevOps, and data teams, with enough technical knowledge across each domain to challenge them effectively.
• Foster healthy team dynamics, motivation, and collaboration, and don’t shy away from confrontation when it helps move the team forward.
