The Role
The role is responsible for driving a high-quality, user-centered design practice across the organization. This includes owning and evolving the design system, ensuring consistent design processes, leading a high-performing design team, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences aligned with business goals.
