About the Role:    To be considered for this role you must live in San Francisco or within a 25 minute commute   The Phlebotomist Senior Team Lead oversees operational performance, quality compliance, and leadership development across a multi-market region. Building on the Team Lead foundation, this role leads, coaches, and holds accountable a group of phlebotomists and shift leads, serving as the escalation point above the Team Lead level, if supervisor is unavailable. Operating under Leader Standard Work (LSW), the Senior Team Lead maintains clinical competency with a reduced patient appointment load, shifting focus from daily execution to regional coverage strategy, performance trend analysis, process improvement, and partnership with Operations Management.
