Job Description
Support us in designing the insurance experience of the future. As our Head of Data & Analytics (all genders), you will lead getolo's Data & Analytics function and maximize business impact by turning data into better decisions, measurable growth and strategic competitive advantage. Reporting to the CEO, you will own getolo's Data & Analytics strategy, ensuring that data becomes a core enabler of our ambitious growth plans.
This is a full-time hybrid role, with 1–2 days per week working from our Berlin office.
Your Mission
Business Impact & Strategy
- Own the company-wide Data & Analytics strategy with a clear focus on business value and commercial impact.
- Identify high-value business opportunities and translate them into actionable analytics initiatives.
- Partner closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making and company growth.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
- Ensure Data is a key enabler for achieving getolo's growth ambitions.
Business Analytics & BI
- Define and prioritize the Business Analytics roadmap based on business impact.
- Establish pragmatic reporting standards, KPI definitions and analytic
