We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.   And we’re looking for a Creator Sourcing & Content Assistant to start immediately!   Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Creator Sourcing & Research: Find and identify high-quality short-form video creators (mostly US-focused) across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using targeted keywords and hashtags.  Creator & Content Evaluation: Assess creators based on content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and volume to pass qualified profiles to the Licensing Specialist. Content QA & Admin: Remove hashtags from headlines, fix typos, select proper thumbnails, and ensure a good content mix in their internal CMS. Handle occasional admin like coordinating conference vendors and merchandise. Reporting: Assist with quarterly creator performance reports. Required Tools Ti
