We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.   And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to start immediately!   Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Marketing Project Management: Track campaign deadlines, coordinate requests between ownership and creative teams, attend daily check-ins/weekly property meetings, and follow up on outstanding projects. Website & Digital Presence: Update WordPress/Wix sites, manage online menus and business hours (OpenTable, Resy, Google), upload media, and review SEO checklists. Social Media Marketing: Schedule content (CloudCampaign), upload posts/reels, organize content libraries, coordinate photo/video shoots, and pull monthly analytics. Email & SMS Marketing: Build and schedule campaigns (Mailchimp, Sevenrooms), maintain customer databases, and create performance reports.
