Role Overview We are looking for a HR Assistant to support the HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with on-the-job training in HR or minimal experience in HR operations, compensation and benefits, and general administrative support. The HR Assistant will work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and timely support for employees and management.
