Inside Sales Manager

Wing Assistant is building the next generation of AI-enabled workforce solutions for growing businesses. We help companies build high-performing teams across executive assistance, administrative support, customer support, sales support, recruiting, operations, and other critical business functions.

 

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our inbound sales engine while raising the quality and consistency of how our entire sales floor sells.

You will lead this function, strengthen the systems and processes behind it, coach the team, and ensure every qualified opportunity is managed with discipline and urgency.

 

You will also help establish stronger sales standards across the organization through coaching, performance management, process improvement, and the thoughtful use of sales technology.

This is a builder’s role, not a caretaker’s. You will have a team, a modern sales tech stack, and clear revenue and performance targets tied directly to your ownership.

 

Salary: PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 per month, plus On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Schedule: Pacific Time

 

 

 

What Success Looks Like

You are a strong fit for this role if you are a hands-on operator who can coach people, build systems, analyze performance, and personally step into the work when needed.

You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, whether that means reviewing a dashboard, rewriting a follow-up sequence, coaching an underperforming representative, or helping an Account Executive move a difficult deal forward.
