This position focuses primarily on interviewing, screening, and assessing candidates to uphold Wing’s standards of excellence. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring we attract and hire the best talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in virtual assistant recruitment or high-volume hiring environments and can work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
