Job Summary The Assistant Controller is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations while supporting core accounting functions, financial reporting, and month-end close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys building strong cross-functional relationships, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely financial work. You’ll guide and develop a team across multiple locations, help standardize processes through an ERP transformation, and serve as a key partner to the Controller and leadership team.
