Summary of Role: The Learning and Performance Specialist will be responsible for the administration and support of all employee training events, management of the Learning Management System, and supporting the employee Performance cycles. Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Performance, this role is integral into the success of our employee Learning and Performance programs, cycles and systems.
