A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence business performance, improve financial processes, and help support the organization's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to support business decisions. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior executives and stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and improve financial performance.
