Based in our Los Angeles, Century City, or Orange County office, the Real Estate Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence review, document preparation, and closing coordination. This role is ideal for a candidate with substantial real estate experience who is ready to take on more complex assignments and collaborate directly with clients, title companies, and counterparties.
This position reports to the Transactional Paralegal Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of commercial real estate financing and acquisition transactions.
- Reviewing and analyzing title documents, surveys, and zoning reports, and summarizing key findings for attorney review.
- Preparing title and survey objection letters, seller response letters, and due diligence review summaries.
