Position Summary: GLIDE's Health Empowerment & Access Team (HEAT) programs are at the forefront of innovative and collaborative approaches in San Francisco. The Health Systems Program Manager, under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Health Services, supports GLIDE’s integrated HIV, HCV, and STI screening and prevention services. This role ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and data-driven quality improvement across all testing operations. This role coordinates and supervises testing events with GLIDE staff and other community partners such as San Francisco's Department of Public Health (SFDPH), SF AIDS Foundation and others.  This position is responsible for the entire prevention-to-quality cycle: direct participant counseling and sample collection, chain of custody and inv
