Job Description
A Culture and Alignment Specialist develops and implements human resources programs. Common job duties include, providing human resources services, onboarding staff, support members and virtual assistants, processing contracts, updating records, improving retention levels, and enforcing safety and health policies
TASKS:
- Vendor Management
- Maintaining and updating IC records and documentation.
- Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Coordinating IC onboarding activities and orientation sessions.
- Responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence.
- Responding to IC inquiries and addressing HR-related issues.
- Assisting in the organization of training and development programs.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willingness to work from home permanently.
