Specialist, HR Local Representative - Taiwan

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Local Representative to support our operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Based in Taiwan, this role provides on-the-ground HR support and acts as a key local contact for employees and clients.

You will support employee lifecycle activities, local HR requirements, employee relations, and compliance matters while working closely with regional and global teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

• Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and clients in Taiwan and provide support for Hong Kong-related HR matters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment terms, and local HR practices.
• Handle employee queries related to HR matters, payroll, benefits, and employment-related issues.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including documentation, record-keeping, and employee data management.
• Stay updated on Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements and support compliance with local requirements.
• Support HR-related matters for Hong Kong in collaboration with the regional Local Representative team.
