Specialist, Onboarding (EMEA)

Role Overview

The Specialist, Onboarding (EMEA) is responsible for coordinating and delivering the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients across the EMEA region.

This role manages the day-to-day onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from project initiation through to business-as-usual (BAU) operations while delivering a positive client experience.

Reporting to the Onboarding Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation activities, manage timelines, support system and data setup, and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. You will contribute to helping clients achieve value quickly through a structured and consistent onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding and Implementation

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities across the EMEA region.
• Support the development and execution of onboarding plans, project timelines, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Track project progress, monitor onboarding milestones, and escalate potential risks or delays to the Onboarding Lead.
• Ensure onboarding activities are completed in accordance with established processes, timelines, and client requirements.
