Job Summary

A full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor is needed to provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout Kansas. The focus is on helping adults better understand what they are experiencing, build healthier coping skills, and work through concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, work, or daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients across Kansas
• Assess client concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Support clients with coping skills, stress management, self-awareness, and symptom reduction
• Document session notes, care plans, risk concerns, and progress updates on time
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client privacy in all remote communication
• Refer clients to additional care when telehealth counseling is not the right level of support
