You will meet clients where they are through secure online sessions and help them receive support in a way that feels more accessible.

This position offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule and the opportunity to work with clients across Iowa through a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in Iowa
• Assess client needs and create individualized care plans
• Guide clients through concerns such as stress, anxiety, mood changes, relationship issues, and major life transitions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries

Requirements

• Must hold an active Iowa license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
