Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Job Summary

This position offers licensed therapists in New Jersey the opportunity to provide counseling from a fully remote setting. You will work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of personal, emotional, and relationship concerns. The role calls for a therapist who can build strong professional relationships with clients, communicate effectively, and provide thoughtful care throughout each stage of therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families
• Establish appropriate goals based on the concerns discussed in therapy
• Use therapeutic methods suited to each client and situation
• Address relationship, family, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Maintain clear and complete session records
• Consult with clinical colleagues when appropriate
• Coordinate additional support or referrals when needed
• Stay informed of current standards and practices in behavioral health
• Follow New Jersey licensing and telehealth requirements
