Risk Manager

About the Role   This role is central to our Credit Risk Strategy function, focusing on account management strategy for merchant lending products including Gopay Pinjam Modal (GPPM) and Toko Kapital. Key challenges include balancing portfolio growth with risk mitigation and navigating complex merchant data to inform actionable decisions.  The person will be expected to manage the account management process such as limit management and strategy for existing users. In order to support the deliverables, this person is also expected to quickly learn internal risk frameworks, establish relationships with key business stakeholders, and contribute to risk reporting and strategy execution, ultimately impacting portfolio quality, credit performance, and operational efficiency.
