Employee Engagement - Fresher

About the role

As an Employee Engagement Fresher, you will help create an employee experience where GoTymeX people feel welcomed, informed, connected, and proud of what we build together.

Working as part of the People & Culture – Employee Engagement team, you will gain hands-on experience across the employee journey, including onboarding, engagement and culture initiatives, internal communications, learning activities and employee-facing events.

This is an early-career role with real ownership. You will start by coordinating and delivering assigned activities with guidance, while progressively taking greater ownership of recurring programs and improvement initiatives as your capability grows.

What you’ll do

Employee Experience & Onboarding

• Coordinate assigned steps of the onboarding journey and support new joiners through key employee touchpoints.
• Prepare onboarding materials, welcome communications, calendars, induction content and supporting documentation.
• Maintain onboarding and probation trackers; follow up with employees and line managers on required actions and deadlines.
• Support selected induction sessions and probation activities.
• Collect new-joiner feedback and identify practical opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.
