Mobile Community and Design System Lead / Architect (Android & iOS)

About the Role

We're seeking a community leader to build and lead our engineering front end community and teams. The teams are focused on the front end mobile frameworks and our design system architecture and roadmaps for GoTymeX.

This is a unique opportunity arising from our successful growth. You'll start with some strong teams of existing frontend engineers and a Product Manager. Initially, you'll be about 40-50% hands-on, gradually transitioning to a more leadership-focused role. You'll architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions while mentoring and developing your team.

You'll collaborate with other Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and Product Engineers to define roadmaps, drive execution, and uphold best practices. You'll contribute to the codebase and guide your team in developing innovative solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Front End Framework and Architecture Design : Ensure the design and architecture of our mobile applications is maintained and designed to meet our future growth and the needs of the developer community. Design and implement the overall architecture for our mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and security. This includes defining the technical stack, choosing appropriate frameworks and libraries, and establishing coding standards and best practice
