About the role
As a Analytics & Finance Manager, International at Grüns, you will apply strategic thinking and deep quantitative expertise to own and scale analytics for our international business. You’ll partner closely with senior international leaders to evaluate performance, surface opportunities, and drive execution as Grüns continues to expand globally.
You’ll be responsible for building durable analytics infrastructure, translating complex data into clear business insights, and driving high-impact decisions with a high level of autonomy.
Location:
While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around Europe will be most successful in this role.
More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationshi
