Our Senior Human Resources Generalist facilitates and enhances the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, leave, and implementing company policies and practices under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. This role provides strategic and hands-on HR support to leadership while ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. The Senior HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting workforce stability, improving employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate human resources matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, compliance, training and development, workforce planning, and HR policy administration.
