Keep the critical hardware behind Graphcore’s engineering labs tracked, available and moving when teams need it.

As our Asset & Inventory Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep Bristol’s engineering and R&D infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of accurate asset records and reliable inventory operations.

You’ll scan and reconcile assets, coordinate ordering and replenishment, and manage RMAs from return through replacement or credit. You’ll receive, label, stage and distribute hardware including servers, accelerators, networking parts, cabling and spares.

You’ll track hardware throughout its lifecycle and maintain stock readiness for break-fix needs. You’ll also produce inventory health reports, document practical SOPs and support audit readiness.

This is a hands-on role where careful execution directly supports engineering progress. You’ll work across Engineering, Lab Operations, IT and Supply Chain to improve how critical hardware flows.

 

The team and culture

Data Center Engineering and Systems Engineering build and operate the AI systems supporting Graphcore’s engineering and customer environments. Work spans servers, racks, networking, storage, system management and data center infrastructure.
