Our robots take on the tedious, hazardous, and ergonomically demanding work that has kept manufacturing dependent on a shrinking skilled workforce, delivering superhuman performance. Robotics has a demo problem. GMR doesn't. Our systems are in active production today, adapting autonomously to real geometries, real materials, and real process variation without reprogramming. The Robotics Software Engineer: Government Projects will enable project success by leading the implementation of innovative robotic manufacturing systems that go beyond GMR's current product offerings. This role is for someone who thinks outside the box and wants to push the limits of what our systems can do, working across a mix of R&D software feature development and hands-on delivery for proof of concepts, pilot demonstrations an
