This role sits at the center of a channel-aligned product organization, translating complex workflows into experiences that are clear, efficient, and built around how advisors, recordkeepers, and asset managers work.  The Senior UX Designer will shape how we frame problems, lead user research that grounds product decisions in real behavior, and set the standards that make the design practice faster and more consistent over time. The person who thrives here brings sharp research instincts, strong opinions about what excellent UX looks like in a data-intensive B2B environment, and the communication skills and executive presence to bring stakeholders and customers along.  Location This position will work from our Boston, MA office.
