Position Overview:

Reporting to the CEO, the CMO provides executive and clinical leadership for the health center's medical services and patient care programs. The CMO is responsible for building and leading a high-performing medical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, professional growth, and patient-centered care. The CMO has clinical authority and accountability for all clinical staff.
