We partner closely with Recruiting, Legal, HR, and external vendors to deliver a seamless and principled immigration experience.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to support day-to-day global immigration operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that partners closely with Global Mobility, Legal, Recruiting, and external immigration vendors to ensure cases move accurately and on time.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys operational work, and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly for employees and stakeholders. This role reports to our Global Immigration Lead.
Your responsibilities:
Own and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of global. immigration cases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.
Act as a trusted point of contact and subject-matter resource for employees, recruiters, and in
