About this Role

We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruitment Sourcer to help identify, engage and attract exceptional talent across some of OpenAI’s most critical and rapidly growing teams, including Technical Solutions, Revenue Operations and Sales.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in shaping our talent pipelines and building proactive sourcing strategies in competitive and evolving markets.
