Manager, Avionics

Summary

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the avionics installation operations. This includes managing assigned team members’ performance of modification, maintenance, preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving the strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation in the aviation industry.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads daily avionics operations. Supports and guides avionics technicians in troubleshooting, installations, inspections, and repairs
• Performs and oversees avionics work. Executes and supervises avionics installations, system integrations, and return‑to‑service testing
