Legal Counsel

This is a Legal Counsel role providing practical legal support across the business, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland. The role includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters, supporting employment law issues, managing legal risks, liaising with external advisers in Ireland and the UK, and assisting with governance, compliance and business initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with members of the Senior Management Team on strategic business initiatives and key commercial projects.
• Supporting legal matters relating to renewable energy and infrastructure projects, primarily in Ireland.
• Assisting with employment law matters and related business initiatives.
