Job Responsibilities: As a Groundskeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our community grounds and common areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of the entire community, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and a trash-free environment
- Taking immediate action to pick up litter, including pet waste and cigarette butts, from exterior and common areas
- Performing light landscaping duties such as sprinkler adjustment, tree and shrub trimming, sod replacement, and plant care
- Keeping dumpster areas clean and free of pests, and monitorin
