Summary

Over the course of a 12-month program, with 3 rotations, Leadership Development Program (LDP) Associates will work with the company’s Leasing Consultants, Assistant Community Managers, and Community Managers.  LDP Associates will learn about sales, customer service, budgeting, pricing, financial forecasting, maintenance, and general management skills necessary to run a multi-million dollar business.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with community teams to answer inquiries and manage resident accounts
• Show apartments to prospective residents and oversee the customer journey
• Manage resident relationships and accounts
• Shadow Community Managers and learn how to manage capital projects, operating plans and financial forecasting, investor and owner reporting, and employee engagement
