VHA Program Manager

Gritter Francona is looking for a VHA Program Manager. The VHA Program Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and execution support for complex enterprise healthcare initiatives supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This position could lead the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of multiple high-visibility programs that advance VHA priorities.

This role serves as the primary interface between contractor leadership and VA stakeholders, ensuring program performance, compliance with contractual requirements, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex healthcare programs supporting an integrated healthcare system.
• Provide strategic oversight of enterprise initiatives for VHA priorities.
• Manage contract performance, project schedules, deliverables, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with VA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and achieve targeted program outcomes.
