Interim Operations & Project Manager (all genders)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main responsible for coordinating building operations, managing product related projects and support the overall product team on a variety of projects and topics. Please note that this is a parental leave replacement role with a fixed term 18 month contract. 

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for coordinating building operations: 

• Ensuring building operations run smoothly and efficiently by coordinating internal and external partners  

• Main contact person for our property & facility managers as well as relevant internal stakeholders 

• Create, establish and implement processes around building operations  

• Managing product-related projects, e.g. new digital product introductions, and facilitating the cross-functional collaboration that will result from these projects by:  

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include setting up project frameworks, prioritizing tasks, regularly reporting progress to stakeholders, and summarizing insights and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.  

• Coordinating internal resources as well as external partners through detailed project plans to monitor progress and measure performance  

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  
  
• Supporting the Product Team with Customer Support:  

• Being one of two main contact person / account managers for residents and B2B partners  

• Processing customer requests and striving for a positive customer experience  

What you bring:

• University degree or apprenticeship in appropriate field of study and relevant internships
  
  
• At least three years of full-time work experience in the field of facility management, property management or building operations  
  
  
• Product management, project management and / or start-up experience is a plus  
  
  
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication in both German and English (min. B2 level in both)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities  

• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask  

• Solid use of the Microsoft Office suite  
  
  
• Experience with project management, building operations or customer support software tools is a plus 
  
  
• Experience in real estate is a plus
