Wir bauen in Richen eine hochautomatisierte Fertigung für vorgefertigte Gebäudeelemente auf und führen sie gerade vom Hochlauf in den Serienbetrieb. Das Manufacturing-Engineering-Team vor Ort hat seit der Reorganisation die Entscheidungshoheit über die lokalen Prozesse — wir bestimmen selbst, wie hier gefertigt wird, statt es zugewiesen zu bekommen.
Als Produktionsingenieur arbeitest du dort, wo die Wertschöpfung stattfindet: an der Linie. Du analysierst Abläufe gemeinsam mit Schicht und Werkern, stellst wiederkehrende Störungen an der Ursache ab und verankerst die Lösung so im Standard, dass sie hält.
