Über die Rolle:
- Kaufmännische Betreuung von Bauprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bau- und Projektleitung
- Kostenkontrolle und -verfolgung während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen (Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenrechnungen, Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen).
- Vertragsmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen mit Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
