Design to Manufacturing Transformation Director
Reporting to the VP Operations, in charge of Sourcing & Supply Chain, you will have to lead the end to end transformation of the Group.
1. End-to-End Transformation Leadership
Lead and coordinate the operating model transformation of the entire Design-to-Manufacturing value chain:
Trend & Concept Creation

Industrialization / Material booking
Production Readiness
2. Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive alignment across Brands and functions on:
Critical Path Management
Product Development Milestones
PLM Usage Standards
KPI Frameworks
Supplier Collaboration Models
Delegation Models
Governance Structures
Decision-Making Processes
3. Process Simplification & Standardization
Lead the redesign and simplification of product development processes through:
Elimination of non-value-added activities.
Reduction of organizational handovers.
Standardization of product development workflows.
Increased usage of validated product blocks.
Strengthening PLM governance.
Improved data discipline and process compliance.
Harmonization of ways of working across Brands and regions.
4. AI & Automation Program Leadership
Identify, prioritize and implement automation opportunities across:
Trend & Concept Creation
AI trend detection.
Automated moodboard generation.
Concept image generation.
Product Development
AI-generated design variations.
AI-assisted technical sketches.
Automated Tech Pack creation.
Automated BOM creation.
Design recommendation engines.
Fitting & Validation
Virtual fitting.

5. PLM Transformation Ownership
Act as Business Co-Lead for the PLM transformation for:
Defining business requirements.
Driving adoption across all Brands.
Standardizing processes and data models.
Ensuring PLM becomes the single source of truth for product development activities.
Maximizing automation opportunities enabled by PLM.
6. Buying offices Integration & Capability Development
Work closely with Group Sourcing and Buying Offices teams to increase efficiency and operational leverage.
7. Supplier Collaboration & Delegation Strategy
In partnership with the Global Sourcing Director, develop and deploy a supplier-centric operating model where selected activities are progressively delegated to strategic suppliers while maintaining internal governance and brand ownership.
