• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs;

• Run the monthly payroll cycle for the team: collect and validate inputs, process changes, and ensure accurate, on-time payouts;

• Act as the main point of contact for pay and benefits questions from team members;

• Track and reconcile different compensation types (bonuses, allowances, referral payouts, and similar) and flag discrepancies early;

• Partner with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support management to keep rewards practices aligned with business needs;

• Support regular audits and reporting on compensation and benefits data;

• Suggest improvements to existing pay and benefits processes based on what's actually happening on the ground.
