Job Description

Our client is an established UK-based B2B technology provider, delivering mobile, VoIP, cloud, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 solutions to businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and organised Lead Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers and manage incoming business leads. You will support reception, lead qualification, CRM administration, and order processing.

What You'll Do

Customer Service

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails and web chats professionally.
  • Direct enquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Schedule customer call-backs for Sales Consultants.

Lead Management

  • Receive, capture and distribute leads through phone, email and web chat.
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
  • Qualify leads using key questions and identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and marketing databases.
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email and SMS.
  • Work towards agreed call and lead targets.
  • Monitor and report on lead activity and campaign performance.

Administration

  • Process online orders and verify customer documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to support order completion.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning and data entry.
  • Attend team meetings and assist with other reasonable duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and screen incoming calls, emails and web chats professionally.

  • Follow up with website leads and schedule sales call-backs.

  • Monitor lead activity and work towards set call targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential customers.
  • Ability to qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
  • Ability to multitask and work towards call/lead targets.
  • Good basic IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
